Electronic Document Hosting - “Doc2View”

This service provides for the outsourced hosting of electronic documents. Documents will be made available for viewing by companies internally or by their clients (or both) for the purpose of self service and efficient dissemination of business information.Not only does this reduce the costs associated with print and post but it speeds up the time it takes for these documents to get into the hands of those that they are intended for.

Typical applications are those of Statements and Invoices. Clients can either  FTP or email the relative data to the Portal  where upon we will assimilate and subsequently format the documents and present onto the internet for viewing. Strict access to documents is managed through powerful password protection.

The Doc2View service is fully SARS compliant,  and retention periods are determined by the client.

Emailing, faxing and SMS services

Extensions to the Doc2View  offering, include the emailing, faxing and SMS/MMS transmitting of data or relevant data content where applicable, and like with the online presentation applications such as statement delivery and invoice delivery  they are great candidates for this method of delivery. Again, the emailing service provided is fully SARS compliant and supports 128 bit encryption.

Electronic Payment services – this service allows for clients to make payments  relative to documents being viewed within  the Docs2View  service. This allows for the closure of the payment loop in the  EBPPS  “Electronic Bill presentment and Payment solution”

 Scanning services – this services provides the scanning of documents to companies and organizations that are not equipped to do this themselves.     We will scan the documents and return them to the organization in an electronic format, indexed as required. Alternatively we can then host the scanned documents for subsequent retrieval.

Printing Services- this service provides for the bulk printing of business  documents. Clients can either FTP or email the relative data to us  where upon we will format the documents and print. Additional services such as insertion of fliers, envelope insertion and posting are offered.
